Registration at a glance
We present this as a historical guide to how the platform was set up and used. Our players were able to create an account, choose from supported currencies including GBP, EUR, USD, CAD and ZAR, and then move from sign-up to deposit, play and withdrawal with clear account checks in place.
What players needed before sign-up
To start, players had to be eligible to join from supported markets such as the United Kingdom, Canada, Nordic countries and parts of Europe. The minimum age was 18. As with any regulated account journey, identity details had to be accurate, and payment ownership had to match the person opening the account. We also applied strong account-security checks so that access stayed tied to the right player.
Registration process
- Open the official platform and begin the sign-up flow.
- Enter personal details exactly as they appear on identity documents.
- Select the preferred currency from the available options.
- Confirm the age and location checks required for access.
- Create secure login credentials and protect them with a unique password.
- Review the bonus terms before opting in to the welcome package.
- Complete identity verification when requested, especially before the first withdrawal.
- Make the first deposit if you want to activate play and any eligible offer.
Account details and bonus opt-in
A successful registration depended on consistency. Names, dates of birth and contact details had to match the later verification documents, because our withdrawal controls required identity evidence, proof of address and proof of payment ownership. That mattered for both security and faster account review.
The welcome package was the main new-player offer. It reached up to 1000 in bonus funds plus 50 to 200 Free Spins on selected slots. Players who wanted the offer had to opt in during registration or the first-deposit journey, then follow the promotional terms attached to that package. For a broader look at how offers sit across the platform, see current bonuses.
KYC, security and verification
Identity verification was required before first withdrawal, and we treated it as part of a secure account lifecycle rather than an obstacle. Players had to provide photo ID, proof of address and proof of payment ownership. That helped us confirm the right person was using the account and reduced withdrawal delays later.
We also used 128-bit SSL encryption and PCI DSS-compliant gaming infrastructure, so registration data and payment activity sat inside a protected environment. Players should always keep passwords unique, avoid shared devices where possible and never reuse login details across multiple services.

Deposits after registration
Once an account was open, the cashier accepted Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, ecoPayz and Paysafecard. The standard minimum deposit was 10 across the listed methods. Deposit timing was generally quick, although the final crediting time could depend on the payment route.
We expected the card or wallet to belong to the registered account holder. Using another person’s payment method would create a security mismatch and could trigger a decline or extra checks. If a deposit failed, the first things to review were card details, wallet balance, bank authorisation and whether the account information matched the payment holder.
| Method | Deposit minimum | Withdrawal note |
|---|---|---|
| Visa | 10 | Cards were subject to processing times that could take 1 to 5 business days for withdrawals |
| Mastercard | 10 | Cards were subject to processing times that could take 1 to 5 business days for withdrawals |
| Skrill | 10 | E-wallets were typically faster for withdrawals |
| Neteller | 10 | E-wallets were typically faster for withdrawals |
| ecoPayz | 10 | E-wallets were typically faster for withdrawals |
| Paysafecard | 10 | Deposit method only in the listed set |
| Method | Type | Min. deposit | Max. deposit | Processing time | Fees |
|---|
Availability and limits are shown for the current market and may differ by payment method.
A practical deposit checklist was simple: use your own funding method, keep the payment name aligned with the account name, confirm the minimum deposit amount and check whether your bank or wallet applies its own limits. For more on funding routes, see deposit options.
Withdrawals and processing times
Withdrawal handling depended on the method. E-wallets took instant to 24 hours, while cards and bank transfers took 1 to 5 business days. That difference mattered, because a faster request from our side could still be slowed by the payment network or the receiving bank.
Before the first withdrawal, KYC had to be complete. In practice, that meant photo ID, proof of address and proof of payment ownership. We used those checks to confirm source-of-funds continuity and to protect the account from unauthorised cash-outs. If a request was delayed, the most common reasons were incomplete verification, a mismatch between deposit and withdrawal details, or an extra security review.
Players should also expect a pending window on some requests. Where a reversal option existed before processing completed, that would usually apply only during the pending stage and only if the payment method supported it. After processing had started, the payout moved into the payment network and could no longer be reversed through the casino side.

Games, providers and play experience
Our library included jackpots, video slots, RNG tables and live dealer games from NetEnt, Microgaming, Play’n GO, Evolution Gaming, Quickspin and Yggdrasil. That mix gave players a wide spread of formats, from slot sessions to live-table action.
Because the platform was built for browser-based access, there was no mandatory app download. Players could use a responsive HTML5 experience on iOS and Android devices, which meant registration and play were both designed to work cleanly on mobile screens. If you want the broader device picture, see mobile access.
Mobile access and account security
The mobile experience was responsive rather than app-first. That made it easier to sign up, deposit and play from a phone or tablet without a separate installation step. As with desktop access, players should secure their device with a PIN, biometric lock if available and up-to-date operating system settings.
Phishing awareness mattered too. Players should always use the official platform route, avoid links in unsolicited messages and check that login pages are genuine before entering credentials. If a password was lost or an account was locked after repeated failed attempts, the safest route was to use the approved recovery path and then update the password immediately.
VIP programme and ongoing play
We also supported a multi-tier loyalty program. The package included account managers, exclusive bonuses, faster withdrawals, prize draws and personalised gifts. VIP treatment was intended for players who stayed active over time and met the internal eligibility rules for tier progression.
As always, responsible play came first. Players had access to deposit limits, session reminders, wagering and loss limits, cool-off periods and permanent self-exclusion. Those controls helped keep account activity sustainable, especially for users who played often or moved between devices. For the full safeguards set, see responsible gambling.
Support and help channels
When players needed help, we offered 24/7 Live Chat, email ticketing and international telephone lines. That support mix was useful during registration, when a player needed help confirming a field, sorting a verification document or understanding a payment decline.
If the account journey stalled, the quickest route was usually to check document accuracy, make sure the payment method belonged to the registered player and then contact support through the relevant channel.
